Pros and cons of Sheiko - Workout Routines app for iPhone and iPad

Sheiko - Workout Routines app good for

Complicated but worth it. Once you get used to it, it is the next best thing to having a world class coach with you in the gym. Use the videos!!!
I love having the sessions on my phone. I also like not knowing what Im doing until right when I get to the gym because theres no opportunity to get psyched into being worried about what Im going to be doing. Rated four stars only because its not really easy to customize your sessions.
* Would prefer the video examples be not included in the app, either downloaded on demand or streamed.
Ive followed a Sheiko paper based program for a few months and decided to buy the app. Its a great tool to have, I can look at what my next workout will look out, make changes easily, watch videos if Im unsure of the movement and email my workout I completed to myself. It would be good if you could foresee the week ahead or month ahead workout, therefore I give it just a 4.
If your serious about weightlifting its a great app to monitor your progres. But dont over estimate your 1rm ...
Keeps track of what you did in the gym, full video tutorials without the need of a connection, works on ipad and least (but not last) a big number of sheikos programs choosen automatically on your max lifts! And also fully customizable! Worth every cent spent!!

Some bad moments

I have been training with multi-year for 1.5 years now. I have been running Sheiko by transferring the excel to the multi-year app. Now I have both in one app!!!
Does a great job taking a complicated program like sheiko and making it easy to get started. When you set your maxes at the start it estimated a class and starts you on a cycle that should be around your level. Super simple to use. And any questions you have are easily answered on the forum both the developer and others who actually use sheiko. Couldnt ask for more in a workout app
Very detailed app with lots of extras included to help with your powerlifting goals.
Its a little tricky to look ahead and see whats coming up and a lot of the assistance movements dont give you much direction (chest muscles etc.). It would be helpful, in my opinion, if they gave an RPE for the assistance movements to take the guess work out. But other than that amazing volume of programming for 12 bucks. Drunk at Islands right now
Was spoiled using this developers other app called Multiyear. Please add Sheiko as an option there or correct the synching with cloud issues here. 3 stars for now.
Ive done 5X5s , 5-3-1, and Westside Barbells Conjugate system. I love this program. Im in the 4th week of the beginner program and feel great. I would like if you could print off of the app so you can have your workout for the day on paper if youd like. Also, a point in the program where it tells you to retest your maxes after you have completed a cycle.
